“First in the Nation”
One thing I learned living in Uruguay in the 1980s — after the fall of the CIA-backed military dictatorship — is that the agency likes small countries where it can operate through a local tight-knit familial network. Torture and clandestine activities, in the right, trusted hands, are “as American as apple pie.”
New Hampshire, to me, is like Uruguay — a useful small operation center for the CIA that has a tight knit circle of families who pass down power from generation to generation.
The CIA is supposed to operate overseas, not against our own citizens. So what’s it doing in New Hampshire? And why did the Democratic Party push so hard to place Maggie Goodlander from the DOD to become a member of Congress there?
As members of the public, victims of family & criminal courts and victims of child abuse carried out by state employees in New Hampshire’s Youth Detention facilities, get increasingly frustrated with the State’s lackadasical responses, maybe it’s time to start looking into the CIA and the control it potentially has over the State and its agencies.
The CIA carries out clandestine activities overseas to cause regime changes — this is well known. What’s also apparent is that USAID is effectively a front for the CIA — a channel through which to fund various “non-profits” at home as well as overseas and to use those to steer policy and affect change. USAID stands for United States of America International Development. It is not “aid”.
Trawling through Datarepublican.com , you can look up names of New Hampshire non-profits and their directors and find out exactly how they link to USAID. Thus I looked up the NHCADSV, Granite Children’s Alliance (Children’s advocacy Centers) and New Hampshire Charitable Foundation — all funded in part by USAID and all tied to other non-profits funded in part by USAID.
These are also tied to news control organizations such as Internews which is also a recipient of USAID money as is Politico which promoted Amanda Grady Sexton of NHCADSV in 2016.
Above the NHCADSV at 100 Main Street in Concord is “New Futures Inc” — another non-profit tied to USAID and run by Brian Harlow who appears to have several other non-profits. The NHCADSV hired Brian Harlow in 2012 in order to expand the business of the NHCADSV. The NHCADSV’s legal counsel is David Vicinanzo of Nixon Peabody which sued the State of New Hampshire with the help of the NHCADSV for David Meehan (a victim of child abuse at at the Sununu Youth Detention Center), resulting in a $38 million jury award with the State is disputing should be $475K.
But when you strip it down, it’s a circle jerk:
Nixon Peabody also represents the Diocese of Manchester — tied to New Hampshire Catholic Charities which receives enormous amounts of federal dollars and is tied to the DCYF (the very organization being held responsible for the abuse suffered by David Meehan and others at the Youth Detention Center).
David Vicinanzo, Nixon Peabody and other law firms such as Shaheen & Gordon and Douglas & Leonard are getting rich off the claims against the State for the sexual abuse of minors at the YDC. It was the NHCADSV that lobbied to have the statute of limitations lifted so that their “pro bono” legal counsel could bring the lawsuits in the first place. It is the NHCADSV that was set up to “prevent” sex abuse in New Hampshire. They are doing nothing of the sort. It’s a business and they are expanding it and using it to get more personal and private information on citizens — information which is useful for the DOD and thus, the CIA.
David Vicinanzo has denied that there is a kick back scheme going on with NHCADSV. But that statement is refuted by the fact that his clients — WISE & NHCADSV — received $500K, and what is estimated to be above $2 million, respectively, out of the Rapuano & Does v Dartmouth College $MeToo settlement. The lawyers for the plaintiffs (Chuck Douglas and Steven J Kelly Esq) got $4.9 million in fees. Steven J Kelly Esq was on the board of directors for the National Crime Victims Law Institute (NCVLI) — another recipient of money from USAID.
The NCVLI was heavily promoted to AG Gordon MacDonald and Assistant AG Jane Young by Lyn Schollett of the NHCADSV (discovered through RTK to the AG’s office). Perhaps because the NCVLI got a $1.6 million grant from the DOJ out of which the NHCADSV’ s Amanda Grady Sexton co-authored a guide to pretrial publicity with Steven J Kelly which you can view here. Notice she includes the Politico quote in her bio at the bottom.
Phillips Exeter Academy, Nixon Peabody and the NHCADSV’s (HAVEN’s) client (as well as being the school where DCYF deleted files of student sex abuse), also get USAID money. Senator Maggie Hassan’s husband was head of the school when the DCYF deleted the files, the AG declined to prosecute and the NHCADSV praised the school for “leaving no stone unturned” while it ended up with a contract to train the administrators on “bystander” intervention (paid for via a grant to UNH Prevention Innovation Research Center from the CDC).
St Paul’s School which was forced to submit to NHCADSV’s “independent” (not) “compliance officer” also receives money from USAID. The compliance officer moonlights at the NHCADSV during school days and on the school’s dime.
Since both schools have huge endowments, it’s uncertain why they would need to receive USAID money unless it is some kind of quid pro quo secret deal. I suspect it is. The need to spy on private school kids is something alluded to by NH rep Buzz Scherr at UNH Law School — he claimed that they (UNH) were interested in studying the sexual activities of elite school kids. Yes — these private school kids have become the lab rats so that UNH can study them.
USAID does fund the examination of transgenderism in animals, so why not try to push the agenda on prep school kids at home too…the “woke” transgender agenda appears to be a CIA/USAID directive. Just as the campus “survivor” movements, MeToo movement and BLM movements were as well. (Don’t forget the funding of Boko Haram and the kidnapping of the Nigerian girls with Harry Potter influencer Emma Watson posting #BringBackOurGirls.)
The Harry Potter generation is what they (USAID, CIA, Obama Administration) were after. They wanted to use campus sexual assault to “influence generations to come.” They found the perfect marketing tool in New Hampshire with St Paul’s School — the closest you might find to “Hogwarts.” “The case had everything the media could want” — wrote Matt Cooper in Newsweek. Who tried to shut that article down? Laura L Dunn who was tied to influencing the Harry Potter generation with Emma Watson (per the article above) and trained NH PD and prosecutors for the charging and trial of Owen Labrie — described as a “Harry Potter” look-a-like with the “nerd” defense.
I know for a fact that the interest for the Government (White House, DOJ,CIA, DOD, UNH, NHCADSV) in New Hampshire v Owen Labrie was in St Paul’s School as opposed to Labrie himself — this was stated to me by S. Daniel Carter, an advisor to the White House “Not Alone” task force which was partnered with the University of New Hampshire Prevention Innovation Research Center which is partnered with the NHCADSV. His partner (Laura L Dunn) at SurvJustice non-profit (also tied to the “Not Alone” task force and to Democracy Forward (another USAID recipient) was paid for out of Federal grants (approved by the Executive Council in 2015) to train police and prosecutors at UNH thanks to a request from the NHCADSV.
he NHCADSV is a vendor for the DOD. The State witness in the case, Chessy Prout, got a non-profit registered after the trial by Steven J Kelly Esq. That non-profit: ihavetherightto.org is also a recipient of USAID money and dedicates itself to growing its business judging on how much engagement it gets online from the hashtag #IHavetheRightTo and selling itself as a lecturing and consulting business to private schools on sexual assault prevention. The premise (like so many used by the CIA when wanting to cause regime change) is built on a lie because Concord Police (trained in best practices by the NHCADSV and Laura L Dunn) documented that Chessy Prout stated, “I have never said he raped me” about Owen Labrie. Not only did he not rape her, but the police knew that there was DNA in her underwear that didn’t match his and which they never bothered to investigate.
Chessy Prout registered as a Democrat in September 2015 (even though she had not yet turned 18). She is also an ambassador for Hillary Clinton’s USAID-funded (to the tune of $43 million recently) non-profit “Vital Voices”. Her father, Alexander Prout, is in on the game too. He’s Chair of Vital Voices Solidarity…..Chessy did an advertisement for Vital Voices as a “survivor” for the retail giant Target. Target gives a percentage to non-profits for these kinds of tie-ins.
The CIA is well known for false flag operations overseas but when you next wonder why there are so many cover ups, so much deceit and obfuscation of records of non-profits in New Hampshire, do give a thought to USAID and the CIA.
The Senate Church Committee in the 1970s revealed the CIA’s use of non-profits, educational, hospital, prison facilities as fronts for their MK Ultra experiments and Operation Mockingbird — a media propaganda operation.
What is going on now is an exact replica of what happened then. The CIA via USAID has infiltrated schools, courts, prisons, hospitals (Concord Hospital is a USAID recipient) to push an agenda to control and steer the public at home, not overseas. And New Hampshire is “First in the Nation”.
It is highly unlikely that the New Hampshire Supreme Court does not know all this and is not complicit in it:
Gordon MacDonald — New Hampshire’s Chief Justice and former NH AG (and former partner at Nixon Peabody representing the Diocese of Manchester and Purdue Pharma) is the son of Gordon F J MacDonald who was awarded the CIA’s highest civilian prize.
ohn Sununu was also allegedly CIA. Sununu’s son, Christopher, became Governor and the Sununu name was conveniently dropped form the Youth Detention Center to distance themselves when claims of abuse were made. Gordon MacDonald, the son, (he doesn’t call himself Junior — presumably to prevent people from figuring out the connection to his father and the CIA) was appointed by Chris Sununu to become AG and promoted then to become NH Supreme Court Chief Justice. As AG, he dismissed the abuse at the YDC for “victim negligence”. Never forget that they were all busy getting rich from claims of priest sex abuse at the Diocese of Manchester (some claims fabricated as documented, some abuse covered up as also documented) and private schools like St Paul’s School, but deliberately ignoring the extreme sex abuse of children in State care. Just as the CIA would want it — studying child abuse brought money to University of New Hampshire, grants to the State. More abuse by the State, more money to the State and the cycle continues.
They all know exactly what they have done. They’ve managed to keep a lid on it by controlling the news through non-profits such as the NHCADSV and its ties to WMUR (Adam Sexton is the political director and married to Amanda Grady Sexton of the NHCADSV), the NH Press Association (HAVEN’s Debra Altschiller is married to Howard Altshiller who was head of NH Press Association for several years).
USAID-backed “Politico” reported that Samantha Power of USAID gave a toast at Maggie Goodlander’s wedding to Jake Sullivan while Hillary Clinton read the Bible Passage.
With that knowledge, it makes more sense as to what might really be behind the urgent need to replace Rep. Annie Kuster with Maggie Goodlander and why the political club in NH quickly lined up to get her elected: She is on the inside of the intelligence club and can keep a lid on what’s going on in New Hampshire — home of that myserious $932.5 billion of “Pandora Papers” accounts in secret LLCs, Trusts, non-profits.
I urge everyone to start looking at datarepublican.com and find out more about these non-profits and their links to USAID/CIA. There’s a reason that the City of Concord Police Chief trained with the FBI in Virginia but won’t get his department accredited. Clandestine doesn’t like accreditation.
