Congress is FINALLY looking at MKUltra again, which was a CIA mind control program that ran from the 1950’s until the early 70’s but the records were deliberately destroyed in 1973 when Congress first started to investigate it. Enough surviving documents have been found recently to prove that the CIA was lying to Congress then, and I believe they just used the info to create even more effective mind control:
