MACDONALD: Useless Tools and Impotent Placeholders

Not to kick the same donkey too many times, but the measure of a moderate Democrat, real or imagined, is not if they can lay claim to the title. It is whether it means anything once they are a member of the caucus.

Jonah Wheeler is a mostly reliable Democrat vote in the New Hampshire House who also votes his conscience, contrary to hills his caucus is willing to die on. They then threaten him with harms for daring to vote the wrong way, try to primary him out of office, and he continues to stand by his principles, including the ones Republicans don’t agree with.

He is a rare breed in that regard, and his own party would love to replace him with a rubber stamp.

Keep in mind Wheeler is a good Democrat vote, but on one or two issues, he’s not with them, and they can’t stand it. They won’t. The process that explains this has played out through history, as cataloged by Brigitte Gabriel in a clip from this episode of the morning update (jump to 0:44).

The peaceful, or in this case the moderates, were irrelevant. When Maggie Goodlander, for example, says she’s not a Democrat Socialist, right after the Democrat Socialists of America advance candidates in Democrat Primaries, it doesn’t mean anything.

When Chris Pappas pretends moderation, it doesn’t mean anything. What they are saying is that they intend to be useless tools or impotent placeholders. The radicals aren’t just inside the gates; they define priorities and punish those who dare to challenge them.

Wherever you live, the self-described democrat running for your local or federal legislature is a placebo. An inactive substance that presents the potential to psychologically manipulate a patient (voters) into thinking they will provide some perceived good.

It’s all a lie.

Voting for either Goodlander (in NH CD-2) or Pappas (for US Senate), or any Democrat, is giving your vote in Congress away to whatever radicals are in leadership and the encroaching DSA agenda.

More locally, in New Hampshire, we already know that anyone who isn’t on board with the radical left-wing agenda that would turn New Hampshire into Vermont, Massachusetts, New York, or California can expect to be intimidated into voting their way or expect to be primaried.

Save yourself the trouble. Don’t vote for them. Write in Mickey Mouse or Hunter Biden, but whatever you do, don’t give a useless tool to the DSA that will turn into a weapon against your Constitution and the rights it protects.
