When our brilliant forefathers got together nearly 250 years ago, they were a collection of the most brilliant men in the land. They not only created a document that was a blueprint for a new government and country but were able to project how that piece of paper would need to endure men and women trying to manipulate it centuries into the future. They did such a magnificent job that the Constitution of the United States only required 27 adjustments, and 10 of those were by its authors at its inception. The checks and balances designed to keep the three branches of government aligned have worked flawlessly until the current Democrat Party found new ways to use its powers to stymie the opposition Party. The devious party of the donkey has finally become the ass with a terminal case of Trump Derangement Syndrome, or TDS. There is no cure for TDS, and it may prove to be the pandemic to take the Democrats down for good.
In Trump’s first term, the Dems could utilize impeachment to stonewall the Trump Administration from achieving its goals, and it worked. The two impeachments, though unsuccessful in destroying the Evil Orange Man, along with a Global Pandemic, were able to prevent another four years of MAGA control of the White House until 2024. Four years later, after defeating him with a Manchurian candidate and a DEI VP, the evil outsider, intent on ridding Washington of the swamp dwellers and returning the government to the people, rose from the ashes and moved back into the Oval Office. The Republicans could better fend off impeachment in this term by winning the House and Senate. Hence, the Democrats needed a Plan B, and this is where all of those Constitution-hating judges appointed by Obama and Biden would go to work.
Trump was sworn in barely two months ago, and there have already been over 130 lawsuits filed by Democrats and left-wing organizations, like the ACLU, against the Administration to slow or stop Trump’s initiatives. The Democrats have no legislative answers or power, so the plan is to inundate the Republicans with Lawfare and grind the government to a halt. Two cases, and out-of-control activist judges, in particular, have interfered with national security issues that could jeopardize America’s safety.
These federal district court judges are overstepping their authority. The Supreme Court will undoubtedly overturn them, but they are doing their job of slowing the MAGA movement to return common sense to the American government. In one case, the court has slowed the deportation process of the gang members and terrorists that Trump promised he would remove after Biden welcomed them in. These are known criminals of the worst kind from Venezuela and El Salvador and have no place in our society. Judge Boasberg, along with the ACLU, has sided with evil people intent on wreaking havoc on the country over its people.
The second case involves the Pentagon and overturning Secretary Hegseth’s ban on transgender people in the military. These men and women who are confused about their gender are using the military to fund their physical manipulation to the opposite sex. Some regulations can keep short or overweight people out. Some illnesses can disqualify someone from serving, but in the eyes of Judge Reyes, there is plenty of room for men who want to be women and vice versa. An LGBTQ judge is inserting herself into the Pentagon and the military’s goal to protect America. Unless these judges and Party are reeled in, not only are the next four years going to be hell but we will be stuck in the foolish WOKE country given to us by Joe Biden and Barack Obama.
