Judge Orders Release of FDA EUA Approval Docs on COVID Jab

by Steve MacDonald

How the FDA arrives at Emergency Use Authorization isn’t likely the mystery we think it is. Money and influence peddling would be my top two followed by corruption and or promises of “good Paying” jobs in the Pharmaceutical Industry – better than what they get on the side working at the FDA.

We shall learn soon enough how this witch’s brew is concocted; a Federal Judge has ordered the recipe released to the public.

In a ruling, on Friday, U.S. District Judge Mark Pittman in Fort Worth, Texas, ordered the agency to produce its “emergency use authorization” file to a group of scientists who wanted to see licensing information that the FDA relied on to approve the Pfizer-BioNTech coronavirus vaccine.

“The COVID-19 pandemic is long passed and so has any legitimate reason for concealing from the American people the information relied upon by the government in approving the Pfizer vaccine,” wrote Pittman, appointed in 2019 by then-President Donald Trump.

The lawsuit, filed in late 2021, attracted attention after the FDA said it could take decades to process and disclose records to Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency, the group that brought the case.

An estimated one million pages of information are expected by the June 30th, 2025 deadline. It will require a Pfizer Docs-level investigation to sort and review them, a task adopted, at least based on the lawsuit, by Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency (PHMPT).

According to the blurb at the top of the homepage, PHMPT

This nonprofit, made up of public health professionals, medical professionals, scientists, and journalists exists solely to obtain and disseminate the data relied upon by the FDA to license COVID-19 vaccines. The organization takes no position on the data other than that it should be made publicly available to allow independent experts to conduct their own review and analyses. Any data received will be made public on this website.

They’ve got an extensive archive of Moderna and Pfizer court and clinical trial documents if you are having trouble sleeping. It’s not the most exciting, but it looks like it is essential data for any deep dive into the pharma side of the pandemic era.

The news about the forced EUA approval documents is encouraging, but we’ll have to wait to see what’s in them.
