It is embarrassing that a Vice President who was the Border Czar does not understand the value of a wall in protecting our sovereignty or the difference between illegal border crossings and legal immigration. But then again, Vice President Kamala Harris has shown little understanding of people’s concerns as they decide who they will vote for as President. This is frustrating and disconcerting. Though the Harris campaign is young, it has been months since Harris stole the nomination away from President Joe Biden.
Supporters have told us that Harris needs to grow into her campaign. She had better grow quickly since only ten days were left before the November 5th election. Whether the questions are on the economy, inflation, illegal border crossings, a comprehensive immigration policy, or safety in big cities, she is continually stumped by interviewers. The answers to these questions should roll off her tongue. They do not.
This campaign is less than 100 days old, but it has gone through many iterations as the Democrats have searched for a message that made an impact. It started with the Joy Campaign, morphed into the Opportunity Campaign, and is now the Trump is a Dangerous Man and a Fascist Campaign. In other words, this campaign has gone from joy to confusion and is now dark. It was confusing because the candidate could not explain an opportunity economy. Now it is dark because Harris cannot sell what she is, so she is selling an image of Trump that she has ginned up to strike fear in all voters. It is ugly and unbecoming of a presidential candidate. Kamala Harris should not be near the Oval Office, and because her poll numbers are falling due to her failing campaign, the only way we will see her in the White House will be by invitation.
The real fear is not that Trump is a fascist or Hitler-like because that is obviously foolhardy, which in this case is another word for an outright lie. The real fear is that Kamala Harris’s current approach will be successful. Kamala Harris is attempting to be our next president, not by convincing the country that she is qualified and ready for the job, but by telling us her opponent, Donald Trump, admires Adolph Hitler, is a fascist and a threat to America. She cannot tell you what she will do on day one. She cannot tell you how she will stop inflation and decrease prices. She cannot tell you how she will secure our border. But she will tell you how dangerous Donald Trump is to America.
Those who usually speak for the Democrat candidate are hedging their bets. Van Jones, David Axelrod, and even Bill Maher are laying the groundwork for a Harris loss on November 5th. The recent interviews and town hall sessions have exposed her as a wrong choice and a disastrous plan for the Democrats.
They thought they could give America a Black woman, keep her mouth shut, and let Trump implode. Well, Trump made an incredible choice in JD Vance, has made all the right moves, survived two assassination attempts, and given America hope that he can bring them back to a more prosperous place where we can again be proud of America.
