Oh, ABC, you have done it again. In a solo press conference, Kamala Harris appeared on the ABC affiliate in Philadelphia to answer five questions. Unfortunately, despite the reporter asking for specifics in her answers, Kamala did not offer any specific details or answer any of the questions asked. The reporter had the opportunity to do his job and failed. He allowed the woman vying to be the leader of the free world to give her rehearsed, over-used, canned responses without any pushback. He failed in his job. He will remain anonymous in this article because he deserves no credit or praise. He did not do his job, yet I am sure he is strutting like a peacock in his circles, bragging about nailing the first solo Kamala Harris interview.
The job of the journalist or reporter is dead.
On the economy, it was pointed out that Harris talks about bringing down prices and making life more affordable for people. The question was, “What are one or two specific things you have in mind for that?”
Nowhere in her answer was the word inflation or the pain Bidenomics inflicted on the American people. Instead, she talked about her $50,000 tax credit for small business startups and the $25,000 gift to first-time homebuyers. Her plan is clearly a redistribution of wealth and will lead to more inflation. She was not pushed for her answer to the question.
The discussion also included the topics of crime and public safety, two major issues for the country – including Philadelphia. Harris was asked where she draws the line in America on gun ownership and gun use.
Harris has called for a national gun buyback but instead went on to say how she and Tim Walz were gun owners and defenders of the Second Amendment but would push for an assault weapons ban—no defense of her previous stance.
The vice president was asked how she plans to reach voters on the fence heading into the November election.
No response at all to the question. Instead, the Vice President explained how the American people have more in common than differences.
Harris was asked about any policies she has that are different from President Joe Biden’s and what she wishes Americans knew about her.
“I am not Joe Biden,” was the quick response, but then a redirect to her “New generation of leaders.” She takes no responsibility for her part in the failed Biden/Harris administration but draws no plan for how she would be different. She will be an extension of the big spending Biden Presidency, leading to more pain for Americans. She cited her $6,000 first child tax credit. The abortion advocate is now paying women to have children. Amazing turn.
Asked how she explains the appeal of Donald Trump
Harris again talked about Americans having more in common, you know, the rest of the line. She says that Americans are done with the hate and division perpetrated by Trump and are ready to embrace her approach to unity—no response to why Trump has so much support.
Finally, what do you want people to know about Kamala Harris?
I love my family and to cook.
A missed opportunity by ABC and their news anchor in Philadelphia. This interview was chapter 2 in the conspiracy of ABC and Harris to hoodwink America. We know nothing more about Kamala Harris, but we know more about how shallow and unprepared she is for the job. Harris cannot define herself, the job, why she deserves it, and how she will make America great again. I guess that is why her opponent wears that hat.
