It appears as if the anointed Harris hasn’t done any major interviews recently, nor is she taking questions from reporters. It’s all very 2008 Barry O. Just check out his pre-recorded explanation in the video on his website. And they did. Obama got better off script, something I don’t think Harris is capable of, so America had best get used to that. Harris is like declinin’ Biden – bad off the cuff and not taking questions, so JD Vance thought he’d pay a visit to the reporters waiting for her on the tarmac in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
“I figured I’d come by … hopefully it’s going to be my plane in a few months,” Vance said pointing back at Air Force Two. “I also thought you guys may get lonely because the vice president doesn’t answer questions from reporters and hasn’t for seventeen days.”
“Have they given you guys an explanation for why she won’t take questions from reporters?” he asked. “Nobody? Okay, great. Well, I hope that she’s changed her mind because it would be good for the American people, and I think it would be good for you all if she actually ran a real campaign instead of one from her basement with a teleprompter.”
This is not just amusing but strategic. Kamala ‘Word-Salad” Harris can continue to not talk to reporters outside controlled environments, skip open-mic press conferences, and avoid any environment that risks exposing this fatal flaw (not that we don’t want commanders in chief who can’t think and speak on their feet) but Vance and the Trump Team are not likely to let that go. And sure, it didn’t matter with Basement Biden in 2020 because who needs a real candidate when you plan to rig their election, but Harris can’t be allowed to make the harder than it needs to be.
