From Planet Fitness retaliation and forged signatures to ConVal locker room invasions and Senator Altschiller’s “stochastic terrorism” smears: The real obsession is denying biological reality. Women and girls deserve privacy, safety, and fairness — not ideology.

I never thought I’d be standing in a women’s locker room at the Keene YMCA, fresh out of the shower, only to watch a biological male walk in, undress, and head straight into my personal space. I was alone. My heart pounded as I retreated to a private changing stall. When I reported it at the front desk, I was told it was “just policy.” No apology. No change. Just another woman expected to surrender her privacy and safety. This was one year ago at the Keene YMCA. I immediately canceled my membership and have been stating this story over and over in my testimony at the NH Statehouse on the many bills put forth by commonsense state legislators this year.

That was my reality. It is now Judy Walcott’s reality — and it is getting worse.

On April 11, 2026, longtime Planet Fitness member Judy Walcott entered the women’s locker room at the Concord location on Fort Eddy Road. She saw a biological male near the showers preparing to shower. “I was shaking. Like I was actually trembling because it freaked me out that bad,” she said. She immediately reported it to staff. Their response: “It’s policy.” Four days later, another employee allegedly called her “transphobic” before she could finish speaking. Hours after that, manager Cassie — who wasn’t even present — called Walcott and canceled her membership for a supposed “policy violation.”

What happened next is even more disturbing. Walcott discovered that Planet Fitness had completed a “Membership Cancellation or Freeze Form” on her behalf. The form, dated April 15, 2026, lists a knowingly false email address (so she wouldn’t receive a copy), contains the comment “NONDISCRIMINATION TRANS,” and — most shockingly — bears a forged signature in the “Member Signature” field. Walcott states unequivocally: “I did NOT sign!”

Despite her membership being effective until May 16, 2026, the gym took another full month’s dues. When she returned on April 17 to dispute the charges and refund, manager Cassie called Concord police and had her formally trespassed from the building.

The two officers who responded were reportedly more interested in the forgery details than the trespass claim. Walcott has contacted an attorney and is prepared to pursue criminal forgery charges against the manager if Planet Fitness corporate does not make it right. The false trespass notice now prevents her from safely entering other businesses in the same plaza. One manager’s personal vendetta is harming not only Planet Fitness customers but surrounding businesses as well. “Judgment Free Zone”? Hardly.

This is not customer service. This is retaliation against a woman who dared to report feeling unsafe in a sex-segregated space she had paid to use since February 2015.

The pattern repeats across New Hampshire. ConVal Regional High School in Peterborough. A parent of a ninth-grade girl reported that her 14-year-old daughter was forced to share the girls’ locker room with a 16- or 17-year-old biological male.

“In this case, my 14-year-old daughter is sharing the locker room with a 16- or 17-year-old male, which feels inappropriate and uncomfortable to us,” the parent wrote.

“My daughter has expressed discomfort with the presence of a biological male in her locker room, which has impacted her sense of privacy, safety, and security.”

“The girls’ locker room is a place where my daughter belongs. She should not have to make other arrangements because an individual that doesn’t belong is being allowed to be there.”

When female students objected, Principal Heather McKillop told them to stop using their own facilities. The district’s policy even classifies accurate statements like “boys do not belong in girls’ locker rooms” as “harassment.” A community flyer captured the district’s response:

Boy: “I don’t want to undress with boys. I want to change in the girls’ locker room.”

School: “Ok! That is your right.”

Girls: “We also don’t want to undress with boys.”

School: “Then don’t use the girls’ locker room.”

Similar incidents are occurring in Rochester and other districts. At Spaulding High School in Rochester, a biologically male student (@ayoitsmaci on TikTok) posted a selfie taken inside the girls’ restroom — with an unsuspecting female student visible in the background — casually bragging about his “fabulous” year. Parents who speak up face harassment and explicit threats, including profane rants calling concerned mothers “LOSERS” and “clowns” followed by “WHEN I CATCH YOU.”

I have testified multiple times before the New Hampshire House and Senate Judiciary Committees on bills to protect women’s and girls’ single-sex spaces — including HB 1217, HB 1299, HB 1442, HB 1447, HB 1564, SB 268, SB 459, and others. None of these bills have passed both the House and Senate. The only two still moving forward are SB 552, which passed the House on May 14, 2026 after clearing the Senate earlier this session and now sits on Governor Ayotte’s desk, and HB 1442, which still needs a House vote on the Senate amendment. As a lifelong athlete and coach of girls’ and women’s competitive gymnastics, I have laid out the clear biological realities: males retain physical advantages; privacy and safety matter; discomfort is not bigotry.

During those hearings, New Hampshire State Senator Debra Altschiller delivered a remarkable meltdown on April 16, 2026, during debate on HB 1442.

Her meltdown has crossed into dangerous demagoguery. On April 16, 2026, during debate on HB 1442, she labeled citizens who affirm biological reality — that men are male, women are female, and Title IX protects girls’ spaces — as engaging in “stochastic terrorism. ” She calls parents and lawmakers “obsessed” with a “tiny minority” for wanting single-sex bathrooms, locker rooms, and sports — while New Hampshire schools are under federal Title IX investigation for letting boys into girls’ spaces, a Rochester teen films himself in the girls’ restroom, and concerned mothers receive explicit threats. State Senator Debra Altschiller’s declared that efforts to protect single-sex spaces reflect “a sustained, relentless, burning obsession with the bodies and private lives of a tiny minority of our neighbors… We are now, by my count, many dozens of bills deep into this obsession: bathrooms, locker rooms, prisons, sports…” Altschiller’s exact words.

This is not a good-faith policy debate; it is a calculated, dehumanizing smear designed to silence opposition to the erasure of sex-based protections. Stochastic terrorism refers to the use of mass media rhetoric to demonize a group, thereby statistically elevating the chance of a random lone-wolf attack. Altschiller weaponizes this inflammatory label against everyday Granite Staters who simply quote biology (XX vs. XY) or cite Title IX.

The truth is simple: sex is real, women’s rights are not optional, and the true obsession belongs to those who demand the rest of us pretend otherwise. There is no epidemic of violence against trans-identified people caused by parents defending their daughters. FBI data shows anti-transgender bias incidents account for only about 0.2% of hate crimes — statistically lower than their share of the population.

Meanwhile, the scientific foundation for “gender-affirming” care is collapsing. A major 30-year Finnish register study found that social and medical transition do not improve mental health outcomes or reduce suicide risk for youth. The evidence shows these protocols are built on ideology, not clinical data.

Democrats are the real threat. They stoke violence by making claims of terrorism, calling people who believe in truth and biological reality terrorists — statements made by NH Senator Altschiller right there on the floor of the New Hampshire State House. The LGBTQ+ trans agenda is not dead. It is not going anywhere. In fact, it is coming back with its ugly head reared in defiance. The Democrat socialists are going to push this even more in 2026 and in 2028 with their radical base. This situation is only going to get worse until our governors and state politicians stand up to the radicalism and destruction of Title IX, women’s and girls’ rights, truth, common sense, and biological reality.

The Democrats, the progressives, the socialists want to destroy what is normal, what is based in truth, and what makes sense. They are doing this on purpose. They want to destroy the nuclear family. They want power and control over everything — and your rights. Stop sitting on the sidelines. Now is the time to get off your butt and speak up for truth. Why are our state reps and politicians so afraid of speaking the truth? The patriarchy that women have been warned about for years is here: men who, with all their power, now believe they can be women — the ultimate patriarchal takeover of women’s spaces, sports, and rights.

Yet previous governors ( Chris Sununu ) vetoed these protections, and Governor Kelly Ayotte has followed the same path. Just this past Sunday on WMUR, when asked about bathroom and locker room legislation, Governor Ayotte said: “The bills that they keep sending me, they sent to Gov. Sununu as well, he vetoed it, I vetoed it. They have really come up with very overbroad solutions that I think are going to cause a lot of issues in the state… The solutions they’ve sent me really don’t solve this problem.”

Governor Ayotte, what exactly is your solution?

Women and girls are being actively discriminated against right now in your state. Judy Walcott was forged, robbed, and trespassed from Planet Fitness Concord simply for reporting a man in the women’s locker room. I experienced the same violation at the Keene YMCA. Girls at ConVal High School are being told to stop using their own locker rooms. Rochester boys are filming inside girls’ restrooms.

What more proof do you need?

SB 552 is not overbroad. It is a clear, targeted, and necessary solution that simply allows schools, businesses, prisons, and sports to maintain single-sex spaces based on biological sex without it being treated as discrimination. It protects women and girls while respecting privacy for everyone.

This straightforward bill allows any person or organization — public or private — to maintain single-sex spaces in locker rooms, showers, bathrooms, athletic competitions where physical differences matter, and certain secure facilities. It simply clarifies that doing so does not violate New Hampshire’s anti-discrimination laws. It restores common sense without banning anyone from public life. Private single-occupancy options remain available. Women and girls finally get their dignity back.
