The Biden Administration launched a new office of the president. Its official title is the Office of Pandemic Preparedness and Response Policy (OPPR). Its offical purpose is to “Coordinate the Administration’s domestic response to public health threats that have pandemic potential.”
So yeah, there will be more pandemics, only this time, they tyranny will be pre-prepared.
Coordinate the Administration’s domestic response to public health threats that have pandemic potential, or may cause significant disruption, and strengthen domestic pandemic preparedness. This includes ongoing work to address potential public health outbreaks and threats from COVID-19, Mpox, polio, avian and human influenza, and RSV.
Drive and coordinate federal science and technology efforts related to pandemic preparedness. Specifically, OPPR will oversee efforts to develop, manufacture, and procure the next generation of medical countermeasures, including leveraging emerging technologies and working with HHS on next generation vaccines and treatments for COVID-19 and other public health threats. During the height of the pandemic, the Biden-Harris Administration made historic investments in COVID-19 vaccines, tests, and treatments that were made widely available. OPPR will continue to leverage these investments as it drives future progress in combatting COVID-19 and other public health threats.
Develop and provide periodic reports to Congress. As required by statute, OPPR will develop and provide to Congress a biennial Preparedness Review and Report and Preparedness Outlook Report every five years.
The head of the department is a retired Major General Paul Friedrichs, who “is currently Special Assistant to the President and Senior Director for Global Health Security and Biodefense at the National Security Council (NSC). Prior to joining the NSC, Dr. Friedrichs most recently served as the Joint Staff Surgeon and the medical advisor to the Department of Defense (DoD) COVID-19 Task Force.”
A Ministry of Medical Truth and Consequence funded and operated out of the White House. What could go wrong?
They did, after all, do such a bang-up job with COVID. A military-style national mobilization that tramples people’s rights as a means to inject hundreds of millions of Americans with a dangerous biological agent without transparency or accountability.
You can read the press release, but my sense is that the OPPR was created to shield the weaponized and politicized Public Health Industrial Complex from scrutiny. An added layer of military protocol with its own Pandemic DEF CON, hiding behind National Security.
Public entities were able to pry tens of thousands of pages of documents from the FDA and CDC, which have proven damaging. And while the corporate media hasn’t shown much interest in them, except to ignore them and continue their cries of conspiracy and misinformation, the government’s own records are out there.
They needed another bulwark even though the CDC, which answers to the Chief Executive, has had pandemic response protocol for decades.
Will FEMA answer to Major General Paul Friedrichs, who has many more credits to his name, including “As the United States’ representative to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization Committee of Military Medical Chiefs, he worked closely with many of America’s closest allies and partners throughout the pandemic and in developing medical support to the Ukrainian military.”
So many questions the media will never ask or answer.
And is it just me, or does Major General Paul Friedrichs look like a creepy pedophile?
