I’ve read somewhere on these pages that Democrats destroy everything they touch. A broad statement that seventeen months of Joe Biden and another Democrat majority congress are etching in stone. Maybe add the words “wrecking things is easy for them, and they like doing it.”
For example, I was in a grocery store yesterday and saw the price of a trendy local brand of coffee I used to prefer. Last year it was around eleven dollars and change for a tub of the stuff. This past week, that item was closing in on 18.00 for the same size package. That’s a 63.6% increase in price in one year.
Gasoline is, of course, at or over 5.00 a gallon for the first time, up about 150% from not so long ago. Let’s call it PB or Pre-Biden.
Speaking of PB, Peanut butter is becoming more difficult to find. It was once an affordable but reliable source of food and easy protein, but many shelves appear empty except for the crunchy version of the store brand, and even that isn’t in abundance.
A loaf of store-brand bread I’ve been known to purchase went up 67% in price this past week.
This morning we discovered that electric rates in New England and New Hampshire are about to double. It’s good to know all that extra money you didn’t have will go toward keeping the light on – just the one. Heating and cooling options look precarious at double the previous rate, which was already one of the more expensive rates in the nation.
Democrats destroy everything they touch – wrecking things is easy for them, and they like doing it.
It seems to me that this path we’re on is unsafe. Not just for school kids (shooter and gender cultists), or the “most vulnerable,” but everyone. People’s lives are being put at risk. And many people were caught unaware, believing that Democrats meant what they said (lies) and not the opposite (reality). In the interest of public health, we need Blue Flag laws.
Public policy protective orders.
Citizens who suspect or know that someone is a progressive Democrat or advocate of Democratic-Socialism would be able to contact local authorities who could secure them in the interest of protecting Justice, ensuring domestic Tranquility, providing for the common defense, promoting the general Welfare, and securing the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity.
Just to have a conversation.
They’d be prohibited from holding or running for public office until further notice. And no voting. Not until this gets cleared up. And at least until we’ve been assured they are not or are no longer a threat.
After which, they could begin the long, expensive, and arduous process of getting their rights back.
Blue Flag Laws.
They could save America.
