Oregon Makes Assisted Suicide “Legal” For Everyone

Oregon has rapidly devolved into the template for utopia. The Left’s Eden, the promised land. A place where criminals have more rights than law-abiding citizens and defending yourself is a crime. But if you don’t like it, the same state says it’s okay to kill yourself.

If that transition they convinced you you needed doesn’t make your problem go away, just kill yourself.

Oregon legalized assisted suicide a while back, but “the, please kill yourself lobby” wasn’t content with that loss of life. The law only applied to state residents, but that is no longer the case. The state has been convinced (not that they needed much encouragement) to stop enforcing the restriction. Now, anyone can go to Oregon to die.

So, why is that bad?

Lobbyists will pressure other states to do the same, but that’s not all.

The assisted suicide lobby wants to approve out-of-state-assisted suicide requests via telehealth and to send the lethal drugs by mail to the out-of-state requestor.

Imagine if this was widely available during the unnecessary COVID lockdowns and quarantines. Now consider that the first state that balks will result in a court case challenging the constitutionality of denying its residents the right to die.

Before you say that’s preposterous, take a step back.

Look at the last few years.

The whole of the COVID policy experiment. Government entities transitioning children without parental consent. Our borderless invasion culture. Non-stop spending. It’s all planned misery by mandate.

Cloward-Piven plus. The weight and momentum seem impossible to slow or stop, which for many will present itself as a reasonable enough excuse to end it all, and that’s really what they have always been after.

Eugenics is the foundation of the real progressive utopia. If you legalize suicide, the people you deliberately make miserable will solve your problem for you. Instead of you having to kill them, they might kill themselves with the government’s blessing.

Or, you can just make it look that way.

And it’s all legal.
