Busy day, lots to do, and Skip got a ton of snow up on the side of the mountain. I’ve not heard from him at all so he may be without power, internet, etc., or just busy. Whatever the deal I’ve been dropping in a few Op-Ed’s and filling in where needed with what’s available. Like This!

I am reminded of a tweak to Arthur C. Clarke’s famous Third Law, specifically, “Any technology, sufficiently advanced, is indistinguishable from magic”. The tweak? “Any technology, sufficiently advanced, is indistinguishable from a brick when the power is off”. 🙂
Add in that the one-child policy created a millions-strong men surplus. Lots of horny men, no women, and war on the horizon. Double plus ungood.
And then “authorities” wonder why we don’t believe them.
