School Districts are Using Screening Software to Ensure Teaching Applicants Are #WOKE Enough to Hire!

As parents push back against the bullying and race-shaming of their kid’s School districts are filtering teaching applicants who are precisely that. Districts are partnering with Teacher-hiring software company Nimble (as in paying them with your money) to identify #Woke Candidates for their classrooms.

Experts say that school districts are increasingly asking teacher candidates questions about cultural competency, race, and equity during the application and interview process. And although districts are trying to diversify their teaching force to better match their students, it’s slow work. …

“Now that we’ve become a little more aware of the concept of anti-racism and maybe a little more woke as a culture, I do think that districts have started to emphasize these questions a little bit more,” Dachille said. “They might be more common, they might be more explicit.”

These districts are filtering in favor of educators who will promote Critical Race Shaming Theory – in violation of Nh State Law, by the way, though we do not know if any NH Districts are paying Nimble for this service.

That’s your job. No matter what state you reside in or where your district is, start digging. Find out if schools are using this or anything like it to pre-screen candidates for the classroom.

Nimble, a teacher-hiring company that uses artificial intelligence to determine applicants’ “cultural competency” by examining their applications and answers during the interview process.

Race-shaming kids is not “teaching students” about race or history. It’s bullying and racism. It’s immoral, unethical, and schools should not be spending your money to ensure the teachers they hire with your tax dollars will promote it.

Let us know what you learn.
