NH Attorney General Gordon MacDonald is corrupt and he is committing crimes against the good people of this State. He needs to be removed from office.

The AG’s office under his direction is threatening the Citizens of this State with fines and penalties for not complying with King Sununu’s guidance. Guidance is not law. Even the unconstitutional statute NH RSA 4:45 Emergency Declaration; Powers, define the powers of the Gov. by the following;

(a) To enforce all laws, rules, and regulations relating to emergency management and to assume control of any or all emergency management forces and helpers in the state.

This statute only provides for the Governer to enforce the existing laws, rules, and regulations created by the legislature to control emergency management forces and helpers and no one else. There is no provision in this statute granting to the Gov. the powers of the legislature to make laws, rules, or regulations. The Governor’s guidance is not law, but rather guidance as the word implies.

When the AG’s office issues written warnings, fines, or threats of doing so, violates statute;

NH RSA 638:14 Unlawful Simulation of Legal Process. – A person is guilty of a misdemeanor who, with a purpose to procure the compliance of another with a request made by such person, knowingly sends, mails or delivers to such person a notice or other writing which has no judicial or other sanction, but which in its format or appearance simulates a summons, complaint, court order or process, including, but not limited to, lien, indictment, warrant, injunction, writ, notice, pleading, subpoena, or order, or an insignia, seal or printed form of a federal, state or local government or an instrumentality thereof, or is otherwise calculated to induce a belief that it does have a judicial or other official sanction.

It also violates the Constitution of NH Bill of Rights article XII;

“Nor are the inhabitants of this State controllable by any other laws than those to which they, or their representative body, have given their consent.”

Gov. Sununu and the AG Gordan MacDonald need to be removed from office as they have violated their oath to faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all duties incumbent on them as oath states that they shall be responsible for the faithful execution of the laws of the land. The following statute under Chapter 92; TENURE AND OATH OF OFFICE IN CERTAIN CASES;

92:2 Oath Required. – No person chosen or appointed to any public office or to any position where an oath is required, under any law, shall exercise such office or position or perform any act therein until he shall make and subscribe the oath or declaration as prescribed by part 2, article 84 of the constitution of New Hampshire, and any such person who violates said oath after taking the same shall be forthwith dismissed from the office or position involved.
