A Lawrence man who identifies as a woman has been arrested and held without bail for the serial sexual abuse of a 4-year old.
Jakob Nieves, who is also known as Dakota Nieves, 19, was charged with one count of sexual exploitation of a child and one count of distribution of child pornography. … The investigation of Nieves, who identifies as female, began after she allegedly sent an undercover federal agent photos on an internet website geared toward individuals interested in pedophilia, that showed her sexually abusing a child, she said.
If convicted the defendant could serve 15-30 years assuming prison doesn’t kill them sooner. Convicts don’t care much for child molesters. And lifers don’t care much if those child molesters live. I wonder if he’ll insist on being placed in a women’s prison, and how do those ladies feel about men pretending to be women raping children?
The future of the abused child, who has already effectively been given a “life sentence,” of sorts remains unclear.
We also have no word on whether Dakota ever read books to children at the local library. We do know that Dakota publicly supported Question 3 in Massachusetts which allowed individuals such as himself to access women’s bathrooms and locker rooms.
