Weiner’s Out and Forced to Register as a Sex Offender

Anthony Weiner has been living in a halfway-house since his release from Federal Prison in February. The disgraced former Congressman from New York is preparing to enter society but before he can do that he must register as a class 1 sex offender.

He is on supervised release for the next three years, but the sex-offender status stays for 20 years. He’ll be74 years old, assuming he doesn’t have a ‘relapse’ before he can free himself from the label. A problem that might resolve itself if Democrats ever managed to get that one-party rule they’ve been after.

There’s a “wing” of the LGBTQ movement that’s been trying to normalize sex between adults and “children” for years. If that ship ever sails Weiner will be another victim of discrimination somewhere on the spectrum.

Let’s do more than just cross our fingers and hope that never happens.
