The New Hampshire State Constitution on The NH State Web Site is Still Wrong

We’ve been back and forth with the state over the accuracy of the State Constitution (as displayed) on the state Website. We were assured it had been fixed, and while the new Article 2-b now appears where it should the text that has been added is incorrect.

As approved by voters, the language is as follows.

[Art.] 2-b. [Right to Privacy.] An individual’s right to live free from governmental intrusion in private or personal information is natural, essential, and inherent.”
(Passed by the N.H. House 235 Yes 96 No; Passed by State Senate 15 Yes 9 No) CACR 16

Here’s the language on the State Site.

[Art.] 2-b. [Right of Privacy.] An individual’s right to live free of governmental intrusion is natural, essential, and inherent.
