Quick Shot: Chicago Woman With Concealed Carry License Kills Man Who Tries to Rob Her

A 19-year old man reportedly approached a woman near a Chicago Bus stop and tried to rob her. The woman, a concealed carry permit holder, drew her weapon and shot the perpetrator in the neck.

A 25-year-old woman with a concealed carry license shot and killed the man trying to rob her at gunpoint near a Chicago bus station Tuesday morning, police said — noting she needed just a single shot to take down the would-be robber.

19-year-old Laavion Goings, the would-be robber, was found a block away and died from his injuries.
