One of New Hampshire’s more partisan political Attorney Generals has resigned.

[su_quote cite=”Dan Tuohy” url=”http://www.unionleader.com/”]CONCORD — Gov. Chris Sununu and the Executive Council accepted Attorney General Joseph Foster’s resignation Wednesday, while Sununu continues to consider what he described as a handful of potential successors. Foster’s term is up March 31, and the council has only one more meeting this month[/su_quote]

Joe will probably take his show back to the private sector where he can continue to be a lawyer-lobbyist for the Progressives but with better pay; at least until someone taps him to be granny Shaheen’s replacement down in DC.
