California Banned Travel Before Trump Did

Jerry BrownEffective January 1st, 2017 the People’s Republic of California banned state-sponsored (funded) travel to four US States. California Assembly Bill 1887, signed into law last September, prohibits requiring travel to prohibited states by,

…state agencies, departments, boards, authorities, and commissions, including an agency, department, board, authority, or commission of the University of California, the Board of Regents of the University of California, and the California State University. (Gov. Code, § 11139.8, subd. (b).)

Prohibited states include Tennessee, Kansas, Mississippi, and North Carolina.

So while Mr. Trump is trying to protect the US from terrorists sneaking in from failed Middle Eastern states, Jerry Brown and Company are protecting four Middle and Eastern states from economic and ideological terrrorists in California.
