New Hampshire Democrat Party State Chairman Raymond Buckley (D – Blame the Kock Brothers), who has for a number of years served as a DNC vice-chair, wants to the top spot in the national party machine. All the local papers are reporting it, but none of them are phrasing the effort in the proper terms.
