“J-Ho’s Rules for Disorder”

J-Hos rules of disorderSeveral sources have revealed to me that last Saturday’s NHGOP state-wide gathering of committee members was a parliamentary cluster-***k (Details to follow).

Could this be the NHGOP’s new meeting template? A 21st-century answer to Robert’s Rules of Order?  If so, it should have a name. I think I will call it, “J-Ho’s Rules for Disorder.”
