Is Planned Parenthood in Concord, New Hampshire preparing to impose a buffer zone outside their Penacook Street warehouse facility? A woman was recently spotted outside the building, “measuring” the property.
New Hampshire passed a buffer zone law in 2015 right before the US Supreme Court struck down a similar law in Massachusetts as unconstitutional. The New Hampshire law was challenged in court but because it had not yet been imposed the court declared that no one had standing to sue.
Saturday April 23rd is the National Day of Protest at Planned Parenthood. From 9 am to 11 am Eastern defenders of life will be outside engaging in a peaceful protest.
If Planned Parenthood institutes a buffer zone, someone could have standing to challenge the law.
The only real question then is how much of your money will the state waste to run the same judicial marathon as Massachusetts on the slim chance they might get permission to censor free speech on a public sidewalk.
