How Many House Democrats Wanted to Ban Guns in New Hampshire?

HB1368 vote - nay on ITL
Nay means they tried to save the bill!

Democrat Katherine Rogers wrote a bill to require anyone in possession of a firearm within NH to have liability insurance that does not exist in any state for each and every weapon. This is a gun ban bill, plain and simple.

It came out of legislative committee inexpedient to legislate by a vote of 20-1.

When it was time for a floor vote, 22 House Democrats voted against killing it (Nay to save this legislation from its timely demise). They tried to save the de facto gun ban bill. You’ll recognize a few names, like Timmy Horrigan, Cynthia Chase, and (of course) Katherine Rogers.

For my full treatment on this awful piece of legislation look here.
