The Christie endorsement roll-out continues. Sherm Packard and Dick Hinch have come out of the closet for Christie. As I said here, there would be more and this isn’t the end. The state is chock-full of moderates willing to side with someone like Gov. Christie we just have to wait to see if they pick him or go with the Sununu-Kasich Coalition, the Jebbites, or Rubio.
As for polling?
Christie is stuck at 2% nationally, and at 2% in Iowa. Polling for NH for Tuesday the 8th of December (CNN/WMUR) has the New Jersey Governor at 7%, down from last Thursday’s brush with double digit numbers in the Granite State.
Nationally it is Trump 27, Cruz 17, Rubio 16, Carson 10. Recent NH polling has it as Trump 32, Cruz 14, Rubio 6, Carson 5.
Huckabee, Santorum, Pataki, and Graham add up to 2%, which is, unfortunately, where Sen. Paul finds himself (2%) in all these polls. I’ve endorsed Cruz but I’d very much like to see Dr. Paul do better.
