Is Belknap County GOP Chair Alan Glassman Out of Line?

From a Matt Mowers Chris Christie Campaign email…

We want to thank former Senate President Tom Eaton for hosting the governor at his home in Keene, Fred and Denise Schneider and former Rep. Paul Simard for hosting the governor in Bristol, as well as Dan and Renee Plummer for hosting a roundtable in Portsmouth. We also appreciate Belknap GOP Chairman Alan Glassman’s hard work organizing a packed meet and greet at JJ Goodwin’s Sports Bar in Barnstead.

A reader observed that…”unless he (Alan Glassman) is going to do this for all of the candidates he is way out of line as a Regional and also the Chair of the County Committee.”

What say you readers of GraniteGrok? Where are the lines drawn? Does Glassman need to ensure he packs similar meet-and-greets for some reasonable number of other primary candidates to appear impartial? How many?
