CPAC 2015

Lots of speeches. I started my morning with Newt Gingrich, listened to Laura Ingraham, Marco Rubio, and Governor Rick Perry. I caught some of Rick Santorum’s remarks, but by far the best speech of the day belonged to Phil Robertson who received the Andrew Breitbart Defender of Free Speech award.

Phil gave the left plenty to talk about. He was unconventional. He spoke about God, the constitution, quoted the founders, and…pointed out some things about Sexually Transmitted Diseases as part of a plea for the benefits of traditional marriage.  I’m sure the CPAC folks were a bit wide-eyed, and not just because he went long by 8  minutes.  See for yourself.
