Governor Hassan Takes Dig at Scott Bown – But She Was Born in Boston….

welcome to new hampshireI wonder if Governor Maggie Hassan grasps the irony of her dig at former MA Senator Scott Brown.

“It’s great to be here in Salem, straddling the border of New Hampshire and Massachusetts,” the governor said. “But enough about Scott Brown.”

Maggie Hassan was born in Boston, raised in Massachusetts, went to college at Brown, and eventually made her way to New Hampshire.

Scott Brown was born in Kittery Maine, grew up in Massachusetts, went to Tufts and Boston College, and eventually made his way to New Hampshire.

Hassan is straddling New Hampshire, trying to turn it into Massachusetts.  Scott agrees with Maggie on gun control, climate change, abortion, and a government that does more, including passing down federal mandates and dollars to the states.  Sending him to the US Senate from New Hampshire would in no way impede a Hassan agenda for New Hampshire, and might even aid it.

Now that is ironic.
