DHHS Using Healthcare.gov To Register Voters

I tweeted this last week, and may have linked it on facebook, but it needs more attention than that.

If you manage to get through the process of signing up at healthcare.gov, the site gives you the opportunity to register to vote.   Why?

Congressional House Rep Louie Gohmert, and Rep Issa from Oversight–whose letter Gohmert reads, are wondering this as well.  Why is the Federal Government collecting voter registration information on the ObamaCare Website?
