“[Andrea] Riccio, explained Fuller Clark, was her 2008 campaign manager, moved to Washington, D.C. in 2009, and has not lived in New Hampshire, or voted in the state, since then.” -Seacoast Online
But she “lived here” long enough in 2012 to vote in New Hampshire, while on the payroll of a Democrat congressman from Maryland, and then went back to live in her her own Apartment on Vermont Street in the District of Columbia.
