On Monday Newt Gingrich was quoted in a New York Times article as follows: “We think there has to be a solid conservative alternative to Mitt Romney. I’m the one candidate who can bring together national security conservatives, and economic conservatives, and social conservatives in order to make sure we have a conservative nominee.”
He forgot one of the four legs of the conservative GOP majority, especially in New Hampshire: The libertarian conservatives. Pay attention, Newt. Libertarian conservatives are increasingly numerous. They are a growing faction within the national Republican Party, they are indispensible for future GOP electoral victories…and they won’t vote for fake conservative RINO’s who don’t have a live-and-let-live attitude together with a basic philosophic grounding in liberty, American history, and the U.S. Constitution.
With all that said, I do believe that Newt just..might…fit…the bill.
