“Put Up or Shut Up” = Fail? Or No-Fail?

Starting in January, the Republican Party has a mountain to climb.  That mountain, should they collectively decide to climb it, is convincing the American people that (1) They ARE serious about reducing the size, scope, and cost of the Federal government, not just the lip-service and fratricide we saw in the early 1990’s, (2) that their approach can work, and (3) that their approach is worth supporting.

I suggest action on day-one, January, 3, 2011.  Actually, how about publicizing the plan on November 3rd, 2010?

New Jersey Governor Chris Christie talks about it (below), on CNBC’s SquawkBox.  ALL Republicans, now running in the general election, must watch this man, find out what he’s saying, and how he does it, to be taken seriously, and to get the support of the Conservative movement.

Are you reading this, Charlie Bass?  You need to understand this: You haven’t gotten my vote yet – what are you going to do to get it?

Pondering: Is Christie one of those people who, according to pundits, "unexpectedly comes out of the woodwork", looking like a possible 2012 Presidential candidate?  He sure is impressing me these days…maybe 2016?
