SUPPORT THE BOOTS ON THE GROUND RALLY
EXETER, NH
Families gathered in Exeter, NH to show support for the troops through to victory.
Military family members, Blue Star Mothers of NH, and other supporters joined together Tuesday afternoon for a Support Our Troops Rally in coordination with the President vetoing the Emergency Funding Bill which was loaded with domestic pork spending and a date for withdrawing troops from combat in Iraq.

The purpose of the rally was to send a message to Congress that our troops deserve a clean funding bill without deadlines or pork spending. Throughout the streets of downtown Exeter you could hear chants of
“Support our Troops, Call Congress, Our Troops Need a Clean Bill and Our Troops Need Your Help.”

The group was pleasantly surprised by the beeping horns and thumbs up signs showing strong support for our position.

Families and Blue Star Mothers gathered in support of the troops and the president in Exeter, NH. Some are the same people starring in the now almost-famous "Moms of Fury" video.
