January 19, 8:30 – 12 Noon at The Capital Center for the Arts in Concord

Complying with the particulars of the Supreme Court’s decisions on education funding and consideration of a wide range of constitutional amendments will be a significant focus of public policy over the next year. The Josiah Bartlett Center has brought together a group of constitutional experts with a wide range of views to help explain what exactly the court has said and the options it creates for policymakers. Experienced experts will also discuss a range of options for amendment from very broad to very narrow or not amending at all.

Confirmed speakers include former Justice Charles G. Douglas, Martin Gross, Prof. Richard Hesse, Scott Johnson, Edward Mosca, former Speaker Donna Sytek, and Eugene Van Loan.
