One of my friends here in Gilford, NH is one of the leaders of the NH Chapter of the Blue Star Mothers. She forwards the following statement from the national organization regarding John Kerry’s recent statement on the intelligence of US soldiers:
We, the Blue Star Mothers of America, Inc, do not accept the dishonor to our children and our Nation from Senator John F. Kerry, Mass. Senator Kerry, whether intentional or not, has offended and dishonored our children. He owes them all an apology..We proudly stand by our children in their decision to "serve" this wonderful country. We are neither for or against the war; we are FOR our children and will continue to stand along side them..
