Tales From Martha’s Motel – The Mysteries of ‘Intent’ and Ryan Fitzpatrick Flynn

If you could just stop letting out of staters vote from your house that'd be greatDemocrat State Senator Martha Fuller Clark still claims she had no idea what the intent was of those whom she allowed to “live’ in her home for voting purposes.  You know kids these days…

So how does that work?  Ryan Fitzpatrick Flynn, for example, just shows up at her door in September  2012 and just happens to know the secret handshake?   He didn’t even need  a letter of recommendation?  A resume?  Did  you just let him into your home State Senator without knowing who he was or what he was about and regardless of that, how soon did you hand him the voter registration card?

She knew he was coming, who he was, and how long he planned to say–not long.  But State Senator Martha Fuller Clark doesn’t want you to know the truth so we’re here to help.

RSA 159:4 – It All Depends on What “With” Means

Big news in New Hampshire, below the fold, on the front page of the Manchester paper. The state supreme court, deciding on the question–“Does the definition of a “loaded pistol or revolver” (under RSA 159:4 (2002) encompass … a firearm with no cartridge in the firearm, and no magazine in the magazine well(,) but with a loaded magazine located next to it and easily accessible?“–ruled it did not.

The pertinent part of the statute, according to the court, is: “A loaded pistol or revolver shall include any pistol or revolver with a magazine, cylinder, chamber or clip in which there are loaded cartridges.”unloaded pistol

The court said for a pistol or revolver to be considered “loaded” under the state statute, it must contain a cartridge in the chamber or must contain a magazine, cylinder, or clip inserted in or otherwise adjoined to the firearm such that it can be discharged through normal operation.

While I found this encouraging (and painfully obvious) and consider it a win for common sense for gun owners , and since when does a liberal not understand the difference between second base and home plate, that was not precisely why this article caught my attention.

Wendy-Davis-YU-No-Proud

Y U No Proud To Be Abortion Barbie?

Yesterday I posted Erick Erickson’s nickname for Wendy Davis.  Today we find a smattering of blow-back.

https://twitter.com/BashirLive/statuses/365248738203156481 (since deleted)

and blow-back to the blow-back.

“Debate” was inevitable. But no one on the right that I am aware of has wished Wendy Davis, dead, beaten, raped, or called her the C-word (that’s the shortlist). And the only debate the progressives ever had about bashing Palin was who got credit for saying it first after everyone laughed over their latte’s.

Then there’s this gem.

NH Democrat Hypocrites in High Dudgeon over “Slap Hillary Game.”

A game called 'slap Hillary?' Uhhh, what's the name of that web site again?"
A game called ‘slap Hillary?’ Uhhh, what’s the name of that web site again?”

The Left in NH, and in general, has snapped over a web-game on a super PAC website that allows you to slap Hillary.  I’d agree, that is not productive.  But naturally the identity-politics-sky-is-falling-Democrats have to run around claiming the entire NHGOP must be to blame.

Someone claiming to be a Republican might be to blame.  That’s about it.  (Did we all forget that a registered Democrat shot and killed Trayvon Martin?  Ruh-Roh!).

The real story is this; that these are the same Democrats who either aided, abetted, encouraged, or simply refused to denounce things like TEA Party Zombies must die, where players got to kill prominent Republicans, including women.  (That sounds like a War on women, if you ask me.)

Strafford County NH Makes List of Entities at Risk for Bankruptcy

Newsmax, in an online article titled “20 cities that may face bankruptcy after Detroit,” lists twenty county or city governing bodies whose finances are historically shaky.  The biggest factor appears to be over-promised and underfunded public pension liabilities, and good-old fashioned over-spending.  And look! Strafford County New Hampshire made their list. 16. Strafford County, N.H. … Read more

Medicaid Expansion in NH? It’s a Trap!

Medicaid expansion is a trapSo your uncle, let’s call him Sam, comes to you and says, “Hey!”  He actually says ‘hey.’  “I got an idea.   I know I owe more than I can earn.  I know I borrow 40% of every dollar I spend already every year.  I know I’m deep in debt.  I know that I’ve not been terribly good lately at being productive, and the value of the  money I do have is sketchy at best.  And, yeah, I manage to do a lot of things that actually kept people from being able to start businesses or find work, or good work, and my spending habits are epic.   But how about I offer to pay for your insurance for you?   Not only that, I’ll pay for extra, and you won’t need to even earn the money to pay for it.  I’ll front you the money to get started, and promise to pay most of it, well, forever.  What do you say?

You’d have to be a complete idiot to think that your “Uncle” could keep that promise and a fool to take it.

A Return to Martha’s Motel – Ellen Whelan-Wuest Knows How to Vote In Her ‘Home’ State

State Senator Martha Fuller Clark has some explaining to do with regard to Ellen Rose Whelan-Wuest.Martha's Motel Martha Fuller Clark home to out of state vote stealers

Ms. Whelan-Wuest makes no mention of New Hampshire on her LinkedIn profile as a place of employment or even interest.  Chicago, Durham (North Carolina), Brooklyn NY, even New York City, where she is working presently.

We have her tracks in all of these places, Duke University, a romantic interest in Middlebury VT; working for the Town of Durham, NC; employed as a staffer by a New York State Senator from Brooklyn.   And I bring all of these up because while away from North Carolina, in these various roles, she voted or early voted in North Carolina even though she was working elsewhere in the country at the time.

But isn’t expecting someone to do that, or even something similar, like mail an absentee ballot…vote suppression?

Party Registration Vs. Homicide Rate

I’m just going to put this out there and let the wind take it where it will.

In MH Reporter’s continued research into homicide and mass killing in America, it is hard to escape the fact that that the overwhelming majority of homicides occur in the same locations and that these locations have been run by Democrats for generations. So MH Reporter took the voter registration % of Republicans and Democrats and compared it to the homicide rate in each California County with the exception of LA County.  Since LA County is so large (~25% of the state) we broke it down into individual cities.

Our research shows that if you want to improve your odds of not being a victim of a homicide, then you should move to an area with high Republican registration.

Graphs on the jump.

I am Here To Solve Their Problem

Another Democrat tax, another hit in the...
Another Democrat tax, another hit in the…

I have a solution for companies confused by the New Massachusetts State Software services Tax that just went into effect.  Move to New Hampshire.

Miami Herald – According to the state revenue department, the state’s 6.25 percent sales tax now applies to “certain services relating to computer system design and to modification, integration, enhancement, installation, or configuration of standardized or prewritten software.”

Gloucester Times-  “Even the Department of Revenue doesn’t know exactly how this is going to work and what services it’s going to effect,” Rep. Randy Hunt, an East Sandwich Republican and certified public accountant, told the News Service. A former computer programmer, Hunt said, “I can guarantee there will be companies that don’t collect it that later find out that they should have.”

Nothing says “confidence like the phrase “I can guarantee there will be companies that don’t collect it that later find out that they should have.”

Maybe this will make those Massachusetts business owners feel better.
