Seems he has bought off the minor he is accused of raping to the tune of “the lad doesn’t want to press charges anymore.” Bean is now asking a judge to drop the criminal case because of this.

No one is fooled by your pretend intentions. We know you weren’t thinking of the childhood obesity epidemic when you decided to lick a donut and not pay for it.
A number of deeply committed lefty central planners have longed to put an end to state issued marriage certificates because they believe it will empower the government to define all standards of social behavior and relationships.
Take note, libertarians: central planners like Fineman view state recognition of marriage as the “institutional protection” for family autonomy and privacy which, when removed, would get the government more operational inside the home.

Twelve foot high mounds of ice can still be found in Boston. These lingering reminders are the product of last winters endless beating. The Democrat bench in New Hampshire is having a rough year. Three New Hampshire House special elections. Three humiliating defeats. The last two losses to young Republicans, both under the age of twenty, both running on smaller, less intrusive government and tax relief for business owners–the latter a key component of the Republican State budget declared irresponsible by Democrat Governor Maggie Hassan in her veto.
