Maggie Hassan Chooses Maine Over New Hampshire

It is legal to use firecrackers in New Hampshire (control is at the town level) but illegal to sell them here. In this end of session update, Max Abramson explains how our Democrat Gov. vetoed a simple fix and that one of the biggest opponents to legalizing the sale in NH was a retailer in … Read more

Trump Speech

Trump speechYou’ve probably heard about it. Donald Trump gave a prepared speech that tore into Hillary Clinton in ways that had Senate Republicans scrambling for their communications directors. What do we say? How do we respond?

Typically, this is the sort of thing Democrat surrogates do for their favored candidates. Let the monied NGO’s and the Media let loose the dogs of war so we work the narrative without ever getting out delicate fingers dirty. Trump doesn’t feel the need to delegate that and it is exactly the sort of thing we thought we could expect with Trump as the Nominee.

Pro-Choice New Hampshire Governor Chooses Maine

FirecrackersIt is not illegal in New Hampshire to use firecrackers. But if you want them you have to buy them outside the state because it is illegal to sell firecrackers in the state of New Hampshire. You have to drive to Maine or other states to get them.

House Bill 1266 resolved that bizarre contradiction, or would have had Democrat governor Maggie Hassan not vetoed it. Max Abramson brought this to our attention last Saturday in our legislative update segment, which you can find below.

As the story goes, only one fireworks retailer spoke out against the bill. He owns fireworks stores in New Hampshire and Maine. His Maine stores sell firecrackers to New Hampshire residents who want them.

A Public Service Reminder About Deliberate Slant in the Media

orwell -Journalism or public relations
That “someone else” is the political class and their stenographers in the press.

Since 9/11/2001 the media has been on a mission to protect the sorts of people most likely to commit acts of violence and terror in the name of Jihad–and anyone who might look like them. To aid and abet this free public relations effort there are printed guidelines. Yes, most of us are aware that these things exist for the press, but it’s always nice, every now and again, to take a few of them out for a walk in the sunshine.

TruthRevolt

Guidelines for Countering Racial, Ethnic and Religious Profiling, first disseminated by the Society of Professional Journalists(SPJ) immediately after the 9/11 terror attack, exposes how members of the media are instructed to skew stories about Islamic terrorism.

Leftist LGBTTQQ-Proposal ridiculed by AfD Politician in German Parliament

https://youtu.be/SAHvLAJ-5aQ

This is very amusing but be patient. It gets better and more absurd the longer you listen.

AfD politician Steffen Königer ridiculed the Greens in the Brandenburg Parliament for their proposal of a “Campaign for Acceptance of Gender and Sexual diversity, Self-Determination and against Homo and Trans*-phobia in Brandenburg…”

Tim Condon adds, “Don’t miss the disapproval of the ruling class parasite directly behind our hero. And note the prune-faced blond behind him too. But best of all is the bald guy on the left…struggling through it all to keep from bursting out laughing.”

Here’s a nifty bit of science for you. A graph of temperatures going back 4000 years before SUV’s (BSUV). Alright, it’s 4000 years BP (Before Present) but it might as well be BSUV given that SUV’s (our poster child for reckless western abuse of cheap abundant energy) are only a fraction of the end of this graph wild ride.

Read this for the notes and details about the graph and other events it may not reflect. There is an 18,000 year temperature analysis and timeline here.

Editing History In the New Hampshire House

NH History Eraser intallation in progressLast week we discovered a New Hampshire House “tradition” of which no one else appears to have been aware. The permanent record, the written history of what is said and done in the lower chamber of the Granite State’s Legislative body, is subject to random acts of review before becoming permanent. There are plenty of reasons to be bothered by this, not the least of which is that the most recent excision was based on the words being “too political.”

That’s right. We’ve got a room filled with 400 politicians–give or take–and the litmus for edits to the permanent record is whether or not something is too political?
