If Tea Party activists marched with Klan members that would suggest an affinity or affiliation as damning as any. And so it should be with groups that March in celebration of May Day.

A number of local groups are sponsoring or participating in May Day marches in New Hampshire. That should associate them ideologically with the goals of communism.

The New Hampshire, the UNH system student newspaper, is reporting on a dust-up over some posters displayed on a wall at the Memorial Union Building (MUB). The ‘We the people’ posters were placed by an employee without MUB management approval. While the article focuses on the various reactions to them going up and coming down, the unrecognized gem in this piece is this (emphasis mine).

The push to pass full-day kindergarten in New Hampshire might cure athlete’s foot. Toenail fungus? Why not? Advocates have come out suggesting it will help end the opioid crisis and solve the brain-drain problem–by keeping students from leaving the state after they graduate. Could it begin to heal the earth, stop the seas from rising? Is this the kindergarten “we’ve been waiting for“?

To honestly answer the question, what does full-day kindergarten do for New Hampshire, you have to forget about the children because most of them aren’t ready for half-day kindergarten. You have to ask, what do adults get? What do politicians, unions, educrats, get? And if they get it, what’s next?

March [for Science] organizers say “our diversity is our greatest strength.” They say “a wealth of opinions, perspectives, and ideas is critical for the scientific process.” But they don’t really mean it. Their passion for diversity extends to race, religion, nationality, gender, and sexual orientation, but not to opinions, perspectives, and ideas.

And that “diversity” only extends to race, religion, nationality, gender, and sexual orientation when those people ape the correct (see: approved) opinions, perspectives, and ideas. Failing to toe the proper line will get you flogged by the media and political class because it is only “diversity” when it conforms to the proper political dogma.

Hillsborough District 30 New Hampshire Democrat Mariellen MacKay has changed her party affiliation. From now on she’d like to be called a Republican. But there’s a problem. The New Hampshire House Republican Alliance (NHHRA) which tracks legislators votes based on their adherence to the Republican Party platform reports that of the 43 votes they have followed in the 2017 session, MacKay, who cast a vote on all of them, only voted “Republican” on one.

The end is near. No, I’m not talking about some robed wacko in a sandwich board pacing around a busy street corner. I’m referring to the environmental movement, whose holiest of holy days is today. Earth Day.

Since 1970, when the first celebration was organized (by a guy who would turn out to be a murderer) the chicken-little predictions have continued to be, what’s the word…wrong. Biologists, theorists, engineers, actors, politicians, professors, psychologists, geologists, actual climatologists, the media, and weathermen (above ground and underground), have a rediculous track record of being wrong.

How many times did you hear some politician, bureaucrat, or talking head say we’d never be able to find all those illegal immigrants? It seems like it was not as big a problem as they suggested but that the Obama administration did its best to make it worse.

The Obama administration left the government’s deportation force in disarray, according to a new report Thursday from the Homeland Security inspector general, which found deportation officers are so overloaded that they lose track of important cases, leaving illegal immigrants roaming communities when they could have been kicked out.

Earth day is about feelings, not science. The March for Science is also about feelings. People who don’t like Trump are using scientists to express their feelings.
