Ray Cardello

Unapologetic. Daily. Relentless. Conservative View from New Hampshire delivers hard-hitting conservative commentary from the birthplace of the Republican Party. Written by Ray Cardello, a lifelong conservative who has published nearly every single day since early 2021, this is not polite analysis or both-sides hand-wringing. It is clear-eyed, no-holds-barred opinion on the battles that actually matter—national politics, Maine and New Hampshire politics, cultural rot, open borders, the administrative state, and the fight to keep America free.

Saturday was a magical night spent with special friends, fine food, good drink, and a long-time friend working his mastery on stage, creating the sound of beautiful music. I have known Bruce Marshall for twenty years and have heard him and his bands on countless nights in four states.

Is Competence Outdated

March 6, 2023 Ray Cardello

This country thrived and grew for years on a system of meritocracy. Excellence was not only what most people strived for but what most expected in every aspect of our lives. We went to restaurants that had five-star reviews. We bought the cars named best of the year.

Progressives Duck as Pendulum Swings Back

March 5, 2023 Ray Cardello

Signs are becoming evident that the sentiment on crime in this country is finally swinging back to reality. Republican Lee Zeldin was unsuccessful in unseating Kathy Hochul for the Governor’s office in New York. Still, his anti-crime platform was strong enough to sweep Republicans into many statewide offices. The performance in such a solid Blue … Read more

Biden, Fauci, and Weingarten are Destroying America

March 4, 2023 Ray Cardello

I am convinced that no three people have done more harm to America, especially our children, in the last two years than these three individuals. Acting alone and in concert with each other, they sustained the COVID Pandemic far longer than was needed, set our children’s education back decades, and may have made decisions that … Read more

This logic is based on the assumption that both new states would be solid Blue.

Fetterman is a Symbol of Political Perversion

February 27, 2023 Ray Cardello

To say that the John Fetterman fiasco is corrupt would not be harsh enough. This scenario began when Fetterman entered the Pennsylvania Senate race last year after he had suffered a catastrophic stroke that nearly cost him his life.

A Flame Has Been Lit

February 26, 2023 Ray Cardello

And this flame needs to be fanned. It needs to be encouraged and allowed to spread. We are not talking about a brush or forest fire. We are not talking about a chemical fire. We are talking about a spiritual resurgence driven by young college students, and it is taking on a life of its own.

Our Education System is a Failed State

February 24, 2023 Ray Cardello

Our education system is costing more and producing less every year. In my small town, the Tax Rate is $24.75 / thousand, with Education accounting for $18.00. That is 73% of every tax dollar earmarked for schools giving us lower test scores yearly.

Kyiv, Yes. East Palestine, No Way.

February 21, 2023 Ray Cardello

Watching the breaking news on Monday morning of President Biden arriving at the Presidential Palace in Kyiv, I was not proud of him but angered at Biden’s twisted priorities. It is a horrific situation in Ukraine as the Russian military has been destroying it piece by piece for over a year.

February 20, 2023 Ray Cardello

People are outraged. How can this Governor have the audacity to remove duly elected members of a local school board? What kind of power trip is he on? This must be unconstitutional and grounds for impeachment. Isn’t it? No, you mean he has the right to do this? Absolutely.
