MACDONALD: People are Fleeing Your State in Droves and THIS is a Priority?

Two recent themes just collided in what passes for my headspace and blog-space. New York, which attracts attention because I lived there for the younger part of my life. The first thirty years, minus a few. I had the good sense to bail back in 1990, and I’ve lived in New Hampshire for the past 36 years. What Democrats in New York do (or California, Vermont, Massachusetts, and so on), the Democrats in the Granite State will do if we let them.

These bad examples have yet to exert enough influence on the 40% of undeclared voters to keep the proglodytes out of power with permanence. Clearly a public education brain-washing epidemic that keeps everyone on their toes. The Left preaches broken and backward priorities and does their utmost to deny any knowledge of civics or the Judeo-Christian morality that makes a Constitutional Republic work.

I’d like to think those blue states that surround us are not beyond hope, but they are good at poisoning the water hole and keeping it that way. Vermont and Maine have both succumbed, though I hold out hope that Maine might find sanity.

But back to New York. It is bleeding people, wealth, intellectual capital. It overtaxes, overspends, and will continue to decline toward California-like failure without change. Instead, it raises taxes, adds regulations, and focuses on stupid crap like this.

New York Democrats have passed a bill that would strip the word “mother” from state law and replace it with the biologically bogus term “gestating parent.”

It’s a move critics say erases the unique identity and irreplaceable role of motherhood in the lives of children.

The legislation, Senate Bill 9316, would also change “father” to “non-gestating parent,” turn “paternity” cases into “parentage” proceedings, and replace “putative father” with “alleged parent” throughout New York’s child custody, family court, domestic relations and education laws.

Gestating is a verb, you morons. It means to “carry a fetus in the womb from conception to birth.” It does not apply to a “mother” who isn’t currently pregnant. It would not apply to any “mother” who had a hysterectomy or who was menopausal or past menopause.

You therefore can’t use gestating parent or gestation-enabled parent for the same reasons.

Non-gestating could apply to any man, transwoman, or the aforementioned real® women who were incapable of bearing children, whether they had children or not.

Parent, of course, can be applied universally to anyone who has offspring or is alleged to have. Fair enough, but seriously. Nothing is gained by this, especially since your 64 flavors of gender-bending all still function within the biological binary.

DNA does not recognize your social construct. Your skeleton does not recognize your social construct. Nothing about biology does either. Playing dress up as the other binary isn’t making your case, but no matter what affectations, you need a mother and father to make a baby. One male. One female. There is no other way to become a parent unless you adopt, and the gestator was a third-party vendor, and both mother and father were non-gestating parents.

Why not just call them sperm donor and egg donor? At least that makes some sort of sense. It has broad application, encompassing all the possible ways these two things might come together to create life. You wouldn’t actually have to be donating at any given time, and after you mandate everyone wear Mao suits, the delineation will avoid unplanned misunderstandings between drones if they can’t immediately tell which of the two they might be or what their mating preferences are.

Mating, of course, is another problematic word. It is the coupling of compatible sperm and egg donor for the purpose of manifesting future generations of their species, something the proglodytes oppose as a matter of course. Too many people. Bad for the planet. Which is why they are so keen to neuter anyone dumb enough to believe them when they groom them toward that end and pretend it’s some sort of right.

All of which brings it full circle.

You’re wasting time on this when your state is in fiscal chaos and headed toward systemic collapse, which is what happens whenever you leave Democrats in charge of anything for too long. Too long being any time at all. You give them five minutes, and they’ll strap the ballooning cost of government and an ever-expanding welfare state to your back, kick your legs out from under you, and then whine like little bitches when you don’t like it.
