BEST: Why Is The NHCADSV Silent On This One?

How come the NHCADSV is silent in this one? They get so many millions from DCYF to, in part, train DCYF employees, I understand. DCYF failed to vet foster care parents for sex offender registry status, criminal records – per U.S. DHHS OIG reports.

NHCADSV said and did nothing, but I get labeled as a conspiracy on a Jihad against the NHCADSV.

It’s very simple: if you give millions to an organization to run education programs, protocols, etc., and to get rid of domestic and sexual violence, you expect results.

Instead, NHCADSV is an organization that actively lobbies against transparency and against letting victims know what their rights are, so that a child who escapes monsters like this woman and her husband might be able to show up and see a palm card telling her or him what their rights are instead of having to wait for DCYF employees like this woman to tell her what they are.

It is established that it was and is all about getting federal grants, not addressing systemic problems, and then saying nothing when this kind of thing happens with state DCYF employees.

Remember that the DCYF worker in the Harmony Montgomery case had prior misconduct records.

Remember that DCYF neglected Elijah Lewis.

Remember that DCYF made an intern delete files at YDC and admitted to deleting files at Phillips Exeter Academy.

Remember that the AG’s office has now confirmed in writing that it has no documentation indicating that NHCADSV is autonomous from the AG’s office.

Remember that Concord PD advertises THRIVE on its site, yet the City Solicitor has admitted there is no contract between the City’s Police Department and THRIVE.  The NHCADSV’s own attorney represents the crisis centers and victims who are referred to them, thus exposing all of them to any promises of confidentiality they might have made under client-attorney privilege rules, which are being broken.

Sloppy doesn’t begin to describe the lack of basic procedures, ethics, protections for procedures that would prevent abuse from happening, allow accountability, checks and balances, and easy-to-follow protocols.

Remember that the AG’s office and DCYF are blocking access to YDC for the Senate to investigate the most recent abuse at the facility.

Remember that the NHCADSV is also contracted with DOC for the Prison Rape Elimination Act and that DOC includes YDC.

Remember that Kirstie Bean had a very light jail sentence after she admitted to the rape of a teenager at YDC quite recently.

Remember that the NHCADSV has been all about expanding its business, not reducing sexual assault, and that for every governor and AGs commission they have been on regarding DV and SA and child abuse, we have not seen progress. For all their business expansion, they are against 1000 more rape kits per year under HB1633, which they made sure would get killed by their pals in the Senate, to whom they give straw donations via J. Grimbilas.

We have been feeding an unaccountable organization that didn’t want to abide by transparency rules that govern public agencies.

Maybe if people actually asked what the NHCADSV is accomplishing with the millions it receives from DCYF and what it has accomplished with its training, we might not end up with people like this from DCYF who are complicit in sex crimes against children.

60-90% of sex trafficked kids come out of child protection services, per national reports.

The news media are supposed to be the fourth estate.

We should all be against child abuse. And we should all be exposing the entire corrupt system that has allowed this kind of behavior to thrive in NH without accountability from the agencies and intertwined non-profits (NHCADSV, CASA, CAC, NAMI, etc.) who have received millions upon millions, yet not one of them sees any consequences.
