MACDONALD: ‘Principals’ Made to Pay

People have been itchy, antsy, and downright belligerent about how long it takes to see some accountability at the federal level. I’ve been reminding everyone that’s listening that you don’t get there overnight. We’re not Democrats. We don’t just whip an indictment because someone rustled our jimmies.

Angry tweets, sure, legal filings that could stick? Those take patience. The system they use is against us, but we are beginning to see fruit at the Federal level. 2026 is likely to be the year of arrests and indictments.

Closer to home,

BURLINGTON – Vermont Principals’ Association Executive Director Jay Nichols has agreed to pay $566,000 in damages and attorneys’ fees to partially settle a religious discrimination civil lawsuit brought by the Mid Vermont Christian School.

Mid Vermont Christian and one of its families filed the lawsuit against state education leaders in 2023 after the VPA expelled the private school and its students from participating in all state-sponsored activities.

The expulsion came because the Quechee school followed its religious beliefs by forfeiting a girls’ varsity basketball game at the state tournament against the Long Trail School because the Dorset school was using a male player, who claimed to be transgender, according to Alliance Defending Freedom attorneys representing the school and one of its families.

For reasons not unknown to us, the system tells itself that it is not discrimination to target, isolate, smear, censor, or do worse to people or ideas they oppose. Othering is a pillar of the progressive lurch, as is envy. While nothing about them is their own fault or responsibility, everything that happens to their cultural and political enemies is deserved. Perhaps even earned.

Whether it is the Vermont Principals Association, a major Handmaiden Media Network, a University Board of Directors, Demorrhoids, the DNC, or Proglodyte street thugs dressed as suburban moms with marine haircuts (black block is optional), there is no tyranny or act outside the lines.

Most of the past century has belonged to them with little resistance, so I can see why they might be surprised as they’ve escalated to more radical ideas and behaviors, which they insist are justified and necessary.

But it was the Obama Democrats who went to war with “Democracy” to unseat a sitting US president. Their system attacked the first Trump Administration and, under puppet Biden, set a historical precedent for indicting and arresting opposing political figures from Trump himself down through the ranks of anyone associated with him.

Democrats set that table, and if you let them back into power, they will do it faster, harder, and wider. The courts will feel no less intimidated by the potential for wrath; these same people did, after all, incite assassination attempts on sitting Supreme Court Justices, and the folks at the Vermont Principals Association could then rest easy in the cold fire of their religious bigotry and the Left’s systemic culture of political discrimination.

The next six months could prove interesting. Bondi’s DOJ was tasked with building cases, not announcing them. That was the anvil, Todd Blanche is the hammer. Get used to hearing it ring as we wade into summer.

And for the love of all things holy, get people to the polls in November to keep Democrats out of office.

If you want to see real civil rights violations, give Team Blue enough rope to hang you by. Rhetorically, and then – if they can get away with it, literally.

One more point: The 556,000.00 payment is cute. If the tables were turned, the left would have tried to bankrupt them and destroy them. That’s what makes Trump such an amazing counter-revolution leader. He has demonstrated that if you fight back, you can win, and they just hate him more for that.
