Families of victims of the Tumbler Ridge BC Trans-Shooter are Getting Death Threats
One of the benefits of wallowing in the political trenches for decades is a thickening of the skin. Just about everything they throw at you bounces off. If you are not careful, you could become like them or just become so indifferent that you lose all sense of empathy or remorse. I’ve been blessed to have acquired the resistance without losing my humanity.
Another side-effect is that nothing surprises you. From RINO defections to organized left-wing chaos and the severe effects of all of it are things rolling by as I look at the world from the passing train of blogspace. After you have registered and accepted everything human beings are capable of, and history has more than enough lessons to prepare you, it all becomes snapshots, some of which I find time to write about.
Remember, I didn’t lose my humanity, but you can’t do this every day, 365 days a year, for nearly two decades without some professional distance, which is why this didn’t surprise me either.
The death threats against Kylie’s family, and her parents, Lance Younge and Jenny Geary, have surfaced both online and locally, leading the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) to investigate.
“The RCMP is aware of threats that have circulated online and within the community and we can confirm that an investigation is under way. A safety plan is in place for the individual(s) and community as the investigation continues,” the RCMP said in a statement.
In a heart-wrenching statement shared via the Tumbler Ridge Chamber of Commerce, Kylie’s father said:
“We are SO SORRY we had to cancel Kylie’s service today. We saw how hard everyone was working on it… From what we are hearing, we are at least the third family of the deceased to be harassed or threatened by people from their past since this awful tragedy took place.”
Let’s think about this escalation. A community that encouraged the culture that created the monster that killed Kylie and others is threatening the lives of the family members of the victims.
The RCMP has implemented a safety plan, relocating the family to a secure location, and confirmed that multiple families are facing similar harassment.
They not only could not hold a funeral for their daughter, but they also had to go into the equivalent of witness protection for their own safety.
What’s next? Somali clan-style bounties for the murder of parents of the victims of escalating trans-violence on cisgender Americans?
Wait. There’s More!
Consider that there are political parties that want you to pay to create the monsters, and are prepared to punish you if you dare to question any part of it. You should also accept that in the past, the perpetrators of such threats, especially against anyone who might be considered a political opponent or a supporter of one, got protection from that same political class. Often arrested for show, then released without bail, charge, or even a hearing or court date – typically in urban enclaves and democrat vote ghettoes. They just walk.
Interested in a homework assignment?
Ask elected Democrats and their jackboots on the ground about the threats. Are you okay with this? Pro-trans progressives threatening the families of victims of a mass shooter who just happened to be trans?
And is this one of those LGBTQA+ “rights” you like to go on about?
We’d be very interested in the response, though I suspect you’ll just get muted or blocked, but that is also a response.
