More Selective Left-Wing Outrage: Firing US attorneys.

United State’s Attorneys work at the pleasure of the Attorney General and their Boss, Mr. President. Each new administration replaces their predecessor’s attorneys to ensure that their priorities are addressed. And no one cared until George W. Bush had his Hispanic AG fire some of Bill Clinton’s appointees. The Democrats ran AG Roberto Gonzalez out of office after many (many) months of headline-grabbing help from the media.

The same media benignly reported Bill Clinton’s firing of 93 Bush Sr. US attorneys without issue or outrage. Obama’s flushing of GW’s was reported as “replacing” them.

Donald Trump just fired 46 of them, but according to the media he’s not replacing them he has ousted them, which is what every President does and should. But it only means something when Republicans do it.

Note to the Media. Trump isn’t Bush. He will expose that hypocrisy. And you are making it easy for him.
