Contact your state senator before this Thursday AM and tell them to vote NO on SB 66
NH is in need of a FAIR and JUST Fetal Homicide bill. Unfortunately, SB 66 is NOT that bill! As written, it offers a viability standard which is a true barrier to families seeking justice and closure for their loss of a pre-born loved one through at CRIMINAL ACT.
The Senate Judiciary will take up SB 66 on Thursday, Jan. 26 at 10:30 am. The majority of Fetal Homicide laws in our country hold no viability standard. New Hampshire should NOT attach a viability standard to its Fetal Homicide law!
Tell the SENATE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE MEMBERS TO VOTE NO on SB 66!
