About that Title IX Thing…

Mario Loyola, writing at National Review, evaluates the Orwellian stylings of the Obama Transgender Bathroom ‘Dear Colleague Letter,’ but I thought this was the money quote.

Naturally, the last thing anyone in Congress (or anywhere) thought in 1972 was that for purposes of federal law, students would get to decide what gender they feel like on any given day. In fact, Title IX specifically guarantees the right to maintain “separate living facilities for the different sexes.” How on earth are schools supposed to administer that without an objective definition of what “different sexes” means?

So much for “sexuality” is static and Gender is fluid.

Tomorrow’s “lecture,” given by professor Veruka ‘I want it now’ Salt, will be on how “Now that we’ve engendered static over the fluid interpretation of sexuality can a woman who has married a cat still use the men’s room if she ‘feels’ like it?”
