Target has lost $6 billion in market cap since it announced, in mid April, that any man can use the ladies bathrooms and changing rooms in their stores. Might be a blip, or it might be a thing. If it is a thing it may send a message to shareholders that the CEO and management are costing them billions on their investment. At some point that becomes serious money.
