The tiny town of Croydon, NH is under attack from a State Attorney General’s office that is not just ignoring the law as written (to prevent School Choice), they are asking the Town selectman to break the law to aid them in their venture. Ian and Jody Underwood joins us to talk about Croydon, NH ignoring the AG’s order to stand-down, the law as written, the cult of the expert that underlies the state’s position, and the issue of real, local, control of education.
